Rat is a balding rat that wears a pickelhaube. He has bad teeth, like all the other bad guys on the show, and wears a blackish-greenish coat.
Personality
He is an insane, maniacal rat who wants to steal the All Seeing Eye, until Lacey Shadows stole it from him.
